My Background
Growing up my favourite time of day were my art classes, being able to express my thoughts through drawing and painting became my happy place! As I got older and left education, the love for painting never faded but my career path took a different direction. Having had a fulfilling career in Public Relations and a 5 year stint as an online retail business owner, as well as being a mother of 3, I have come full circle to focus on my first love......painting! Being an artist and actually selling my art is a life long ambition and a dream come true.
My Medium
As an artist I have a distinctive colourful style playing with pattern, texture and fluid flows - and experiment with mixed mediums such as acrylics, oils, watercolour and various inks which is highlighted in all my abstract artwork and commissions.
My Inspiration
As an artist, abstract painting is the most liberating form of creativity which allows me to free flow and explore different techniques and thought processes with an unknown outcome, I love the fact that you can just roll with it and see what happens!”
